In Tamara Sleiman's ENGL 227, there are three quizzes and an assignment for every chapter, with material that must be memorized; topics include babies' language acquisition and sign language.
It's an easy 90. The instructor asks for weekly assignments: read 10-line paragraph and translate it. the exams need like 30 mins of studying. there are also poetry/movie translations but still an easy course

There are nearly seven assignments throughout the semester and a midterm and a final.
All of the chapters are easy except for the phonology one .
