MATH 218 has a low workload and is considered really easy compared to other summer courses like EECE 310, EECE 370, and CHEM 201/202.
MATH 218 is manageable in summer alongside EECE 290 and an elective, with multiple students saying the combination is fine.
Wissam Raji is recommended for MATH 218, with more than one student favoring him over Najwa Fuleihan.
Michella Bou Eid is a good choice for MATH 218; students say both she and Hazar Abu Khuzam are great instructors for the course.
When choosing between Michella Bou Eid and Hazar Abu Khuzam for MATH 218, one student recommended Hazar Abu Khuzam.
Hazar Abu Khuzam is recommended for MATH 218; students say both she and Michella Bou Eid are great, with one student picking Hazar specifically.
Although I've heard great things about all the other professors michella is the best out of all of them. Very patient with her students and always does her best to get the material across.
You can get very high grades as she solves a lot of exercises that are identical to the ones that come on the exam.
Hazar explains well but he unnecessarily focuses too much on explaining, giving him little room to solve examples. Michella explains well and solves a lot of examples (and gives many tips for the exam); she is a very well rounded instructor and I definitely recommend her.
Both have a good raise, Michella’s explanation is amazing but Abi Khuzam explains much slower which i think is well needed for the course
both are great but personally i prefer michella more because she is more fun than abu khuzam ,gives you tips for the exams, and prepares you really well !
