Food Safety

A course that focuses on food safety from production to consumption (preparation, processing and preservation, storage, marketing and trading). Emphasis is placed on the development, implementation and appraisal of food safety management systems and certification schemes (such as GHP, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 and FSSC) at the national and international levels.
