This course is the second in a sequential series of financial accounting courses. It covers plant assets, liabilities and equity, especially long-term debt, dividends and shares repurchases. Related topics covered include computation of basic earnings per share, disclosure issues, and basic financial statement construction and analysis of cash flows.
