Focusing on local, regional, and transnational analysis, this course explores concepts, historiographies, and knowledge production of different forms of dissent, activism, and protest across various manifestations of media and arts, including, but not restricted to, prose, poetry, music, video, broadcast, theatre, performance, social media, and advertisement.
