Introduction to Food Processing

Easy course, good instructor!

It does count as a natural science for FAS. Material is not too difficult but it is a lot quantity-wise. There are weekly assignments that take like 20 mins to do. I got 94 on the midterm and 65 on the final even though I studied just as hard

It is a really easy course, the material is interesting, needs some memorizing but very easy material
