Instructor is great. Grades are good. High 80's if you participate and write the final paper well.

It's a very dynamic course. People from all majors take it and you all contribute in your own way. It's a discussion course so there's a lot of group discussion and it's very interactive. You do have to read a few short texts like every other session and there's a different topic every week so it keeps things interesting. Whatever topic you do though you have to look at it in a political, cultural, historical, biological, psychological, and economical matter which is awesome because you see how everything affects everything and how it's all interrelated. You watch a movie every other Friday and you choose 2 movies from the semester to write a movie response to. Those 2 movies responses plus like 2 very small assignments that everyone usually gets high grades on are basically the only assignments . And you have a group paper instead of final exam. There are no quizzes or exams in the courses and she's very nice with grading.
