If you can find with Elie go for Elie he’s the best teacher in AUB and so nice and easy grader.
Really chill, cool guy, fun, not strict at all, flexible. Explains wells but you have to study for the course. Most of the things he explains are theoretical and qualitative when the exam is all numbers and quantitave.
If you can’t focus in class he has old online recordings of his lectures which makes it 100 times more easier to understand the material at home by yourself and he’s super nice and grading is okay ish
I loved the course with him. His explanation is fine I didn't really need to work that much by myself at home. He takes attendance seriously. Just work well and you'll be fine. He's a fair grader and a nice person. Barely studied before the midterm and got a 93 and 3 days before the final and got a 96 on the overall course.
Honestly Elie is the best! You'll definitely score high in this course if you take it with him
Victor Araman is the best ever, he's very fair grading wise (not lenient nor strict- extremely fair)
Victor is a genius and you will learn alot in his class yet do not expect high grades if you don't work and do your best
He's a cool teacher, the only thing you need to do is the homework. As for grades if he likes u he's more likely to consider increasing ur grade if you fight for it. All in all, this course is more of a self study rather than understanding everything in class
