- **CHLA 204 · 2022-11** — Extremely unpleasant and vile person to take the class with. Super opinionated and will cut down anyone who has different ideas. She's not even that good with grading, unless you kiss ass. Do yourself a favour and and take it with a different professor.

- **CHLA 204 · 2022-07** — Aida is a rude and mean old lady. If she doesn't like you, your time in class will be very frustrating as she tends to harass the ones she doesn't like. She has strict class rules such as not being allowed to shake your leg. She also does not like students disagreeing with her or challenging her. Other than that, she tells you what will be on the exam and the material is interesting. If you enjoy class discussions, I don't recommend you take with her. She does not let you speak your opinion and tends to cut you off. All in all, the course is easy but she is just rude and annoying. Her teaching style is very old and outdated.

- **CHLA 112 · 2020-08** — the course is interesting as a whole but she is very strict, she always has stories to tell you and you always need to show interest. Also, read the assigned pages before you go to class, and try to always agree with what she says; she hates it when someone disagrees with her.

- **CHLA 112 · 2020-08** — grading criteria where the final exam is worth 50% of the grade. She also acts bitter most of the time and doesn’t act kindly on class suggestions. She expects you to write every theme discussed in a given quote, not just what comes up in your mind. If you don’t mention all the relevant themes, your grade easily drops.

- **CHLA 204 · 2020-03** — Take the course with her for sure. Her class is super interesting and she tells you to highlight what will come in the exam.

- **CHLA 204 · 2020-03** — It is easier to get high grades with her than other instructors if you care about the grades.

- **CHLA 202 · 2020-03** — You have a reading per week, specific pages. we had to come to class and she just explains and gives us notes. she’s an amazing instructor. 1 midterm and a final with attendance/participation grade. There's an optional exam you could take if your midterm grade wasn't pleasing and she’d rearrange the percentages. The course is really enjoyable if you’re interested in what it offers.

- **CHLA 202 · 2019-08** — She’s one of the best. Her classes are very interesting and she has huge knowledge and experience which she is fully ready to share with her students. No workload (study one day before the exam) and fair grades. AVOID moving too much!

- **CHLA 202 · 2019-08** — Aida Arasoghliii !! Highly recommended. Write well in her essays and high 80 for sure ! Go for 202 with Aida and u will not be diasppointed

- **CHLA 202 · 2019-08** — With aida u have zero workload. She tells u to read stuff like 2-3 pages, but if u read them she has no problem. Eventually u r gonna read them again in the class. Moreover, she underlines for u the lines she wants u to write in her essays. So when u prepare for the midterm, u know what u have to write. For the grades, if u write everything in the essay (from your notes), i can assure you a high grade— high 80s up to 90. Highly recommended

- **CHLA 202 · 2019-08** — Aida is really good, interesting, and low workload. 80s EASILY achievable. If you put your heart into it, you can get 90s

- **CHLA 202 · 2019-08** — I took it with Aida, the workload is not much, just do your readings.. She doesn't ask much if you didn't, but it flows better if you do:p anws she gives two exams and a final(exam 2 is optional, you can choose not to do it if you're satisfied with your exam 1 grade). Class can be a bit boring sometimes, but she's nice in general. High 80's or a 90 can be attained if you do your readings, write her notes in class, and follow what she says regarding exams.

- **CHLA 204 · 2019-08** — Aida Arasoghli’s classes are very interesting, and she is very knowledgeable + she’s a fair grader and does a make-up quiz if you do not do well in the midterm. Workload is minimal (you study 1 or 2 days before the exams).

- **CHLA 204 · 2019-08** — she’s really good and very fair. She doesn’t give that much workload and you can easily get very high grades on her quizzes ?

- **CHLA 204 · 2019-08** — Aida 0 workload and low or mod 80s grade ensured with minimal effort

- **CHLA 204 · 2019-08** — Aida for sure. Her class is super interesting and she tells you to highlight what will come in the exam.

- **CHLA 204 · 2019-08** — I think it's easier to get higher grades with Aida if you care much about grades. Baasiri is sweet, and you gotta work a bit hard to get high grades.
