- **5/5 · 2022-11** — MUSC 250 with Rima Khcheich is a great course for those into Arabic (old oriental) music; the history and final exams are easy, though the styles quiz requires careful note-taking. Dr. Khcheich is passionate about the course and is highly recommended.

- **4/5 · 2024-08** — MUSC 250 with Rima is not a guaranteed easy A+ elective, but it is quite enjoyable, especially for students who like old Arabic music, and an A or A- is easily attainable. Students recommend taking it.

- **2020-04** — There’s not a lot of work to do. You just have to study the handouts of chapters . If you like music yes it’s good because there’s listening in class and in the exam. And you learn about rhythm, history and instruments. As for grades, you get 85 but you need to memorise everything!
