This course covers techniques used by investment bankers and analysts for enterprise valuation. The techniques used are divided into intrinsic valuation and relative valuation. Intrinsic valuation includes dividend discount models, free cash flow to equity, free cash flow to firm. Relative valuation measures are price-to-earnings, price-to-sales, price-tobook, price-to-cash flow. The focus is on applications and insights as to when and why we use one measure versus another.

Wassim is the greatest, he discusses interesting topics, gives small exams that help you prepare for the midterms and finals, he's easygoing very knowledgeable and a must for Finance students

- **2020-04** — It is one of the most important courses in finance, teaches how to value companies Equity (stock price). The course is very interesting and helps alot if you plan to do a CFA or a Masters in FInance. Lina is also great, she simplifies everything.
