This course investigates digitality as a practice in which images are infinitely malleable, reconfigurable, and exchangeable. The pixelized matrix of all digital image making is analyzed, practiced and theorized. Critical texts in visual theory are read and discussed along with developing projects that question the construction of visual hegemonies. Prerequisites: SART 206 or consent of the instructor.
